Accounting Assistant prepares budgets and records and sends invoices for services or products rendered by company employees that have been approved by management. They handle cash transactions and perform other administrative duties as needed, such as making presentations about financial reports.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field with work experience.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
