  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Tourism, Travel Management, or any related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Airline or Travel Agency sector
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in GDS (Amadeus)
  • Ability to create PNRs, compute fares, issue/re-issue tickets, process refunds, and issue EMDs as well as perform other related tasks
  • Good communication skills when dealing with passengers and travel agents regarding reservations and ticket issuance
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Possesses good moral character, trustworthy, and responsible
  • Capable, adaptable, and a quick learner
  • Willing to conduct sales calls
