About the Role

The QA Consultant is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow projects and services, delivering high customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Lead Consultant, People Delivery Manager, or Principal Consultant depending on the project.

This role is open to candidates across all locations in India & the Philippines.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Conduct individual contributor testing to ensure technical deliverables meet architectural requirements and deliver valued outcomes.
• Test and validate the scalability and performance of software solutions.
• Formulate and implement software testing strategies and automate test scripts.
• Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and maintain a reputation for accuracy and quality in delivery.
• Preferably, have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Requirements and Experience

Must-Have:

• Proven experience in IT workflows and ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and hands-on experience in test plan design, execution, and defect management.
• Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Open Source Software.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, ITSM, HR, or CSM.
• Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, integrations, and scoping efforts.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications and ITIL Foundation certification.
