The Test Lead/Test Manager will play a crucial role in establishing the foundation for ensuring that software applications perform optimally under various conditions.

What you'll be doing: QA Oversight Front-end: Provide QA input in all aspects of the project, including technical design review and development activities. Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage and efficient testing processes. Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of mobile QAs and automation QAs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high quality standards. Process Improvement: Continuously improve test processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Performance Metrics: Track and report on QA metrics.

People Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, set development goals for team members, and address performance issues promptly. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium). Proven experience in managing teams, including recruitment, performance management, training, and conflict resolution. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
