Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Clerk to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. In this role, you will assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in job postings and sourcing candidates through various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records in the HR system.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
