Accounting Clerk / Assistant Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial and clerical tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting the accounting department. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Process and record financial transactions , including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Prepare and maintain financial records , reports, and spreadsheets. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements. Enter data into accounting software with a high degree of accuracy. Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is a plus. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clerical or accounting role is preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work onsite : Business Park, Cebu Dayshift (Monday to Friday : 8:30am to 6:00pm) #J-18808-Ljbffr
