POSITION TITLE: Data & Reports Associate (Global Logistics)
WORK LOCATION: Ortigas
SALARY RANGE: Php 24,000 – Php 34,000
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time | Dayshift
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client, a leading global logistics company, is looking for a Data & Reports Associate to support the Data Management & Reporting team. This role focuses on analyzing operations and customer data, developing performance insights, and improving reporting processes to drive efficiency and data accuracy across business units.
DUTIES:
Conduct process and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with account managers, operations, and clients to gather and validate data requirements.
Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes within a central repository.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical insights for management and key stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and analytics tools.
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required; major in Mathematics or related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Background in freight forwarding, consolidation, or logistics is an advantage.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to change.
