DELIVERY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

This is for a full-time position.

Job Summary

The Delivery Support Associate will be responsible for providing efficient comprehensive resolutions and completions to all customer requests for Voice and Data Cancellations & Data Provisioning. They will also be responsible for the management and resolution of their allocated customer cancellations and provisioning requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all cancellations and provisioning both data services within Service Level Agreements
  • Monitor the progress of orders and collaborate with other departments and assist in solving roadblocks
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on all carrier support enquiries
  • Liaise with carriers for resolution of enquiries and disputes or delays (if any)
  • Liaise with Carrier Operations team and internal departments to implement required solutions to customer needs
  • Participation in Carrier Support specialized training
  • Provide guidance and assistance to internal and external requestors
  • Seek and follow up carrier accounts/portal withholding cancellations and provisioning of orders
  • Analyze prevalence, recurrence, and risk to the business of billing issues and act to correct

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative tasks is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Amenable to work on a day shift work schedule in Ortigas (AU working hours, hybrid work setup)
