Ortigas | Onsite Role

We're looking for a PMO Associate Manager who can turn strategy into execution — ensuring that enterprise initiatives are well-governed, well-resourced, and aligned with long-term business goals.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the delivery of strategic and enterprise-wide projects.
  • Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Provide insights, consultation, and guidance to strategic project leads.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient resource use and timely execution.
  • Contribute to business development and process improvement initiatives that shape the organization's future.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of solid experience in strategic project management, business planning, or transformation projects.
  • Proven track record leading medium to high complexity initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills — able to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
