Oversees the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to ensure accurate documentation, efficient operations, and compliance with financial processes.

Key Duties:

  • Manage daily AR team performance and resolve issues
  • Review AR entries, sales invoices, and intercompany billings in SAP
  • Lead VAT claim preparation and monitor related entries
  • Maintain records for AR, commissions, returns, and customer advances
  • Prepare monthly AR reports and quarterly CWT summaries
  • Generate financial statements for agent sales and Bank of America transactions
  • Compute and process international agent commissions
  • Review annual incentives for Sales and R&D departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. CPA is preferred.
  • At least five (5) years' combined experience on accounts receivable and/or other accounting field
  • At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge with Accounting System (preferably SAP)
  • With advanced skills in MS Office
