Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage Reddit engagement across multiple industry-related subreddits. The role involves creating and operating several Reddit profiles, each tailored to specific communities (e.g., project management, hospitality, small business). Daily tasks include commenting on discussions, up-voting posts, posting strategic questions, and researching related subreddits to build credibility and engagement.


Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: PHP
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 30 hours (6 hours/day, 5 days/week)
  • Schedule: Flexible within client business hours (Israel Standard Time – IST)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage new Reddit accounts.
  • Engage daily in assigned subreddits (comments, up-votes, searches).
  • Warm up accounts with cross-subreddit activity.
  • Post strategic questions in assigned subreddits as requested.
  • Track and report all activity in a shared spreadsheet.

Requirements

  • Strong written English.
  • Familiarity with Reddit culture and etiquette.
  • Attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to follow structured posting and tracking guidelines.
