Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Join an innovative team communication platform that's reshaping how businesses collaborate—blending the ease of WhatsApp with enterprise-level features and security. We're looking for a Reddit-savvy Marketing Specialist to build authentic community presence and drive organic growth. You'll work directly with leadership to shape the brand voice, contribute meaningfully to Reddit conversations, and help build trust within business-focused subreddits.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in targeted subreddits as a regular, native user

  • Write thoughtful posts and comments that add real value to the community

  • Build credibility and reputation over time within chosen subreddits

  • Strategically introduce conversations about team communication tools when appropriate

  • Respond naturally to users' posts and discussions to maintain authenticity

  • Follow provided content briefs and subreddit engagement guidelines

  • Steer clear of political or controversial discussions

  • Track and report engagement trends and community feedback

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Deep understanding of Reddit culture, tone, and best practices

  • Proven ability to engage without sounding promotional

  • Experience in business-related subreddits (e.g., small business, SaaS, team collaboration)

  • Strong common sense and awareness of online etiquette

  • Reliable posting schedule and ability to stay active in communities

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to avoid triggering topics

  • Knowledge of organic marketing and online community-building
