Position Title: Medical Representative (Medical Supplies & Equipment – Marketing & Sales)

Job Summary:

This is a field-based marketing and sales role that requires daily visits and transfers between hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The Medical Representative will promote and sell medical supplies or equipment to doctors, nurses, and key decision-makers. This role requires someone who is energetic, approachable, and confident in dealing with people—a professional who genuinely loves marketing and sales, is aggressive and target-driven, and is willing to travel and walk under any condition (init, ulan, or hospital-to-hospital transfers).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates (experience in sales/marketing is an advantage).
  • Must love working in marketing and sales, with genuine passion for promoting and selling products.
  • Aggressive, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Active, friendly, and confident in communicating with clients—must not be shy.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Can initiate strategies and think outside the box to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional in dealing with hospitals, doctors, and nurses.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Willing to do daily fieldwork, hospital-to-hospital visits, lots of walking, and traveling.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily fieldwork by visiting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to market and sell medical supplies or equipment.
  • Create brand awareness and ensure healthcare providers are well-informed about the company's products.
  • Aggressively push products through professional, high-impact presentations, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to capture customer interest and drive orders.
  • Conduct competitor and market analyses to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Recommend strategies and provide insights to strengthen product positioning and market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute effective marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional, and profitable relationships with hospitals, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work aggressively to secure purchase orders and ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in all dealings with healthcare clients, ensuring credibility and trust.
