Job Summary

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and promoting Auro Chocolate's premium products. This position is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store displays, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that every guest has a positive shopping experience that reflects Auro Chocolate's brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively recommend chocolates and related items based on customer preferences.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through suggestive selling and upselling.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment to ensure an inviting and premium shopping environment.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional activities to highlight featured products.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing store inventory.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in line with company policies.
  • Uphold Auro Chocolate's brand image and values in all customer and team interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
