The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing product knowledge, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and the store clean and orderly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns courteously and efficiently.
  • Support store opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college level preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, depending on store hours and operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
