Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving goods from supplier or warehouse deliveries.
  • Assisting in checking the correctness and condition of deliveries
  • Transferring and moving stocks inside the showroom and the warehouse.
  • Labelling items for pricing, storage, and transfer.
  • Assisting with stock-taking activities.
  • Notifying supervisors and managers of inventory levels.
  • Packing items for storage and retail display.
  • Assisting the manager, visual merchandiser and sales staff with display activities
  • Serves customers by helping them select products.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
  • Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Alerts management of potential security issues.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by performing essential housekeeping tasks, including the store area and cleaning furniture items.

Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication & customer service
  • Meeting sales goals
  • Experience in furniture sales is a plus
  • Product knowledge
  • Must be a College level or College Graduate

We are looking for motivated Retail Sales Associate for the following locations Makati City, Quezon City, Taguig & Laguna.
