DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively acknowledge and greet the customer before processing customer order.
  • Process customers order and payment by check, credit cards, debit card or cash.
  • Issue, refunds, store credit and cash change.
  • Offer suggestive/ad-on selling, flexible payment terms (if applicable).
  • Process customer order based on std. cashiering cycle.
  • Resolve or escalate customer feedback.
  • Provide accurate information on store policies and procedure.
  • Answer customers question confidently, timely and accurately.
  • Adheres to retail standard process, company policies and procedure.
  • Calculate payments received and reconcile with total receipt transaction.
  • Resolve and/or escalate customers concern to immediate supervisor.
  • Monitor customer transaction until delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4 yr. business course
  • With at least 1 yr. experience in household, furniture and appliances store
  • Well versed in handling monetary transactions
  • Preferably living near the assigned area
  • Willing to work during weekend and holidays
  • At least 5'2" ht., medium built
  • With pleasing personality and good communication skills
  • Experience in POS is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service
