Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deploy, install, configure, and pull out PCs, laptops, and printers.
  • Handle assigned tickets and provide support within agreed SLAs.
  • Provide Level 1 (phone/remote) and Level 2 (onsite) technical support.
  • Regularly update the status of assigned incidents and service requests.
  • Coordinate with the helpdesk for issues beyond assigned scope.
  • Assist end-users with standard and specialized software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues, replace defective parts, and escalate when needed.
  • Perform PC/laptop formatting, cloning, and reimaging.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot basic network connections.
  • Conduct routine PC/laptop maintenance (defragmentation, patches, virus updates).
  • Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the helpdesk, team leader, or appropriate authority.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience or internship in a BPO environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts and client-server architecture.
  • Proficient in using and troubleshooting ticketing systems.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Experience with desktop infrastructure support and basic network cabling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
