Job Description:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, mixers, conveyors, filling lines, and other plant equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Support production operations by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least graduate of any 2 year Technical course preferably in Mechanical/Electrical or Electro-mechanics
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the same or similar industry is required for this position
  • Wit background in maintenance/troubleshooting/repair on machinery/facility
  • With knowledge in industrial motor controls
  • With good written and oral communication skills.
