Responsibilities

• Maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware

• Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure

• Installing and configuring network equipment

• Managing firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and

communications protected

• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems

• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and

work with developers to implement those fixes

• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies

• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

• Coordinates and manages relationships with vendors and client.

• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer

the best solutions and protection to company systems on-call

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 or 5-year IT-related courses (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)

• With at least 3-5 years related experience

• With Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN and

Load balancing etc.)

• With Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls,

and VPNs.

• In dept knowledge with MS365 Active Directory, Cisco and Fortinet firewall

• With experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools

• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices

• With excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Willing to work in Cebu City Office

Related Certifications:

• CCNA (not required but big advantage)
