Job descriptions:
- Process reported claims received through email and phone calls, ensuring accurate data entry into the system
- Conduct follow-ups with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders regarding claim status
- Upload and manage claim documents in the system, ensuring proper and complete documentation
- Monitor and follow up on pending claim requirements to ensure timely processing
- Perform other administrative and claims-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience handling phone and email inquiries
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or claims efficiently Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Willing to work in Alabang
- Willing to accept project - based contract
