  • Process reported claims received through email and phone calls, ensuring accurate data entry into the system
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders regarding claim status
  • Upload and manage claim documents in the system, ensuring proper and complete documentation
  • Monitor and follow up on pending claim requirements to ensure timely processing
  • Perform other administrative and claims-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience handling phone and email inquiries
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or claims efficiently Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Willing to work in Alabang
  • Willing to accept project - based contract
