QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • With experience in customer experience is an advantage.

  • Willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Interment Arrangement

  2. Documents Interment Orders.

  3. Posts Interment Schedule on the bulletin board.
  4. Gives lay-out of interment to leadman, survey aide, or POS.
  5. Follows up on the interment schedule and other requirements.
  6. Encodes IO to the computer system.

  7. Files IO to the individual client's folder.

  8. Handles customer's inquiries and concerns.

  9. Ensures all requirements are submitted to the office and all documents are properly signed/accomplished before interment.

  10. Ensures the casket declaration form is properly accomplished by the client and forwarded to POS for checking.

  11. Checks the completeness of the interment set-up before the scheduled interment time.

  12. Ensures all items needed to facilitate the interment/paraphernalia are in a clean and good working condition.

  13. Acts as a host/facilitator during the interment.

  14. Writes Gravedigging Order Form.

  15. Handles Cremation Arrangement.

  16. Keeps track of assets and inventories needed for interment.

  17. Others

  18. Aids during marketing activities.

  19. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
