Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BSA)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 2 - 4 Years of Experience in Managerial position
  • Experience in handling BIR Tax Compliance
  • Proficiency in managing AP, AR, and GL functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulation
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Job Description:

  • Ensures accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and providing strategic Accounting management.
  • Ensures the timely generation of working trial balance.
  • Close coordination with the external auditors for the annual audit of the financial statements.
  • Ensures accurate and timely compliance with BIR & SEC, and other government agencies.
  • Oversee shipment monitoring, costing, contribution margin, shipping line matrix.
  • Oversee and ensures timely checking of PASS 5, marine insurance proposal and bank charges.
  • Responds to CEO & Managing Director's directives and seeks clarification on assignments when needed.
  • Ensures all business transactions are reasonable, appropriate, and comply with operational policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor Accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.
