Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accounting staff

We are looking for a top-level Bookkeeper who will report to the Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor; and meet the business needs by attending to client service and bookkeeping requirements.

Work Location: Muzon, San Luis, Batangas (office based)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø Processing Accounts Payables/ Receivable

Ø Checking, coding, and processing invoices and payments

Ø Encoding journal entries

Ø Bank and credit card reconciliations · Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Accounting Supervisor

Ø Ad-hoc tasks when required or other duties as directed.

Key Competencies:

Ø Degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

Ø Experience with a high volume of data entry and invoice processing

Ø With advanced knowledge of MYOB Accounting System and Microsoft Excel

Ø Minimum of 1 year as a bookkeeper or similar role

Ø Extremely organized

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Ability to work autonomously and show initiative

Ø Excellent and strong written and verbal communication in English

Ø Willingness to learn, and be a positive "team player."

Ø Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism

Ø Must have a keen to details and accuracy and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Ø Positive and happy attitude

Other details:

Ø Immediate availability is preferred.

Ø Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 5:30 am to 2:30pm (Manila Time) with night differential rate from 5:30am to 6:00am as per Phil labour law.

Ø Salary: depending on experience

Ø Benefits:

o As per Phil Labor Law such as SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil Health, 13th month pay.

o HMO
