About the role

BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort is seeking an experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As our Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our discerning guests. This is a full-time position based in Batangas City, Batangas.

  1. With minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a high-end hotel, resort or restaurant environment
  2. Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
  3. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning and cost control
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a commercial kitchen setting
  7. Experience in international cuisine, particularly Asian and Western dishes, with knowledge of both à la carte and banquet preparation is a plus
