Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design development, and presentation of event booths, retail displays, and interior fit-out projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and the production team to translate project briefs into creative and practical design outputs.
  • Create 3D renderings, detailed plans, elevations, and working drawings for fabrication and construction.
  • Ensure all design outputs are structurally feasible, cost-efficient, and aligned with production capabilities.
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Conduct site inspections and project coordination to ensure design intent is implemented accurately.
  • Stay updated with design trends, materials, and fabrication technologies relevant to events, retail, and construction.
  • Review and approve final design layouts, ensuring alignment with client branding and company standards

Job Type: Full-time
