Senior Graphic & Web Designer (Full-Time, On-Site – Davao City)

About Us:

Gold Marketing & Services is a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency with a creative hub in Davao City. We manage marketing for home service brands across Texas. — handling everything from branding and website design to Google Ads, SEO, and creative production.We're looking for a Senior Graphic & Web Designer who can take full ownership of design projects — from building visually stunning websites to developing complete brand identities and marketing materials. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Davao City office (no remote setup).

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design

  • Design modern, conversion-focused WordPress websites from concept to final handoff. Create wireframes, mockups, and visual layouts using Adobe XD or Figma. Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design. Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all pages and templates.

Branding & Identity Design

  • Design logos, color palettes, typography systems, and complete brand books. Develop new brand identities and refresh existing ones for U.S.-based service companies. Create a cohesive visual direction for each brand across all touchpoints.

Marketing & Print Materials

  • Design marketing materials, such as email templates, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, and ad creatives. Create visuals that align with marketing goals and brand positioning. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce campaign assets efficiently.

Creative Management

  • Lead multiple projects with tight timelines and high standards. Present and explain design concepts to non-design team members. Stay updated on design trends, UX best practices, and WordPress design innovations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic and Web Designer. Proven expertise in web design Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite/Figma Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Skilled in brand identity development and marketing design. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Portfolio required – must show website designs and branding work.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for communicating with developers. Experience with motion graphics or short-form video editing. Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (ads, funnels, SEO).
