About Us

Rising Designs PH Inc. is a fast-growing events fabrication and production company specializing in booths, activations, and creative builds for top brands. We are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Senior Accountant who can lead accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze revenues, expenses, and project profitability.
  • Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  • General Accounting & Compliance
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including AR, AP, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Handle VAT, EWT, and other tax filings accurately and on time.
  • Budgeting & Project Support
  • Work closely with Operations to track project costs vs. budget.
  • Review liquidations, reimbursements, and project financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
  • Recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Accounting-related courses (CPA is an advantage).
  • At least 3–5 years of solid accounting experience (preferably in construction, events, or fabrication industries).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Taxation, BIR compliance, and government regulations.
  • Proficient in Excel and at least one accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
