RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with Directors and Project Designers and able to manage projects independently from concept to completion with a commitment to high-quality standards
  • Prepare Moodboards and Material Boards for conceptual presentation
  • Specification documentation for all FF&Es using Adobe InDesign
  • Able to provide creative ideas and well-thought-through design solutions and contribute to the workflow of interior architecture projects
  • Extensive knowledge of design detailing, construction methodology, and documentation
  • Attend meetings and ensure seamless coordination with the team, client, consultants, contractors, and other professionals on the project deliverables, requirements, and work progress, including site visits and coordination when necessary
  • Willingness to work long hours and under pressure in a fast-paced environment when necessary, while maintaining effective working relationships with the team and various project professionals
  • Maintain library of all products and materials

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design;
  • At least 5 years of design qualification experience;
  • Highly experienced in Hospitality projects such as hotels, F&Bs, Resorts & SPA, etc.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office, Adobe (especially InDesign for FF&E documentation), and other related applications for technical documentation and presentation.
  • Good communication skills
  • Fun & outgoing personality, proactive and positive attitude towards work and team.
