Job Overview – Solutions Designer

We are looking for a Solutions Designer to lead the design and delivery of innovative products and services. You will bridge business needs and technology, ensuring that every solution we build is practical, user-friendly, and aligned with customer expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Design and improve products, services, and processes to meet customer and business needs.
  • Work closely with engineers, product owners, QA, and business teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, mock-ups, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to align on system architecture and design trade-offs.
  • Ensure quality by working with test teams to identify and manage edge cases and risks.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate progress and align with stakeholders and senior leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical background (ability to read and understand source code).
  • Experience in solution design, product development, or software engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Background in business processes and operations is a plus.
