Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, generating and following up on leads, and building and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties include identifying business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales presentations and reports
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment
  • Knowledge of the energy industry or LPG business is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets
