Job Title: Preschool Program Coordinator & Teacher

Location: Chino Roces, Makati

Reports to: School Director/Center Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time Hybrid

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Program Coordinator & Teacher to both teach classes and oversee the smooth running of our preschool program. This role combines classroom teaching with program coordination, staff support, and administrative tasks, ensuring a high-quality, nurturing learning environment for children aged 2–5.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, and creative growth.
  • Guide teachers, review lesson plans, and support curriculum development.
  • Maintain program schedules, records, and supplies; help organize events and activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, and school policies.
  • Build strong relationships with families through communication and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 3 years' teaching experience in early childhood
  • Leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of early learning practices and classroom management
  • PRC teaching license or certification

Schedule & Benefits

  • Monday–Friday, hybrid schedule: 4 days (8:00–1:30 pm), 1 day (8:00–4:00 pm)
  • Benefits: Paid time off, 5 sick leaves, annual check-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
