We connect enthusiastic young people from around the world with premier summer camps across the United States, enabling them to experience authentic American culture through meaningful, hands-on work with children.

Job Overview:

As the Program Coordinator for Odyssey International Camp, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support for our J-1 Camp Counselor Program. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth development, international exchange, and providing exceptional support to both program participants and partner organizations. You will work remotely as part of a global team, ensuring that our applicants receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful guidance throughout the application and placement process.

In this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the participant experience, from the initial application screening and interview process to placement coordination and pre-departure preparations. You will also take the lead in organizing local and virtual recruitment efforts in the Philippines, helping to grow our presence in the region and strengthen relationships with recruitment partners and universities.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented role, can manage multiple tasks at once, and is eager to take ownership of processes that directly impact the success of our organization. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating closely with U.S.-based team members and international partners.

Note: Although Odyssey International Camp is a U.S.-based company, it is a member organization of the Odyssey International Group, which includes International Trainee Network Manila (ITN). ITN Manila is a Philippine-registered company with staff and offices in Makati. You will have access to ITN offices (1 office day per week) along with support from ITN management and company events.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review all applications for eligibility based on program requirements.

· Review applicant documentation for thoroughness, accuracy and authenticity.

· Interview eligible applicants via video conference.

· Review registered applicants and make interview suggestions to host camps.

· Provide support with Odyssey's online application portal, IMIX, including ticket management.

· Assist with managing, reviewing and updating information on Odyssey's proprietary database.

· Provide pre-embassy orientation and preparation to participants preparing to apply for visas.

· Plan, promote, coordinate and execute live recruitment events in the Philippines.

· Assist with virtual recruitment events in coordination with Camp Counselor Program Director.

· Develop new partnerships with recruitment partners and universities in Asia.

· Host informational webinars with partners for full-placement program.

· Act as the main point of contact for partners in registering new applicants and coordinating placements with host camps in the U.S.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in business, communications or related field.

· Fluency in written and spoken English

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional setting

· Experience working in administrative roles with a high volume of documentation

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work remotely and independently. Flexible work times will be necessary for the 1st month of employment to for training with U.S.-based staff.

Other tasks but not limited to:

-Monitor host company availability

-Report directly to the Recruitment Manager

-Send EOM and EOQ reports

-Answer registration related questions on Social Media
