We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff (Project-Based) to support our finance team in preparing documentation for the VAT refund for Calendar Year 2024 and assisting with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate supporting documents for VAT refund CY 2024 and BIR Audit.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation for audit purposes.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system for all supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting and audit teams.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university with an active internship or on-the-job training (OJT) program.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Willing to work on-site: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
