About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter to join our dynamic team at Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing attentive and professional table service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  2. Taking orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Ensuring tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
  5. Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
  6. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  7. Assisting with clearing and resetting tables between customers
  8. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  9. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  4. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including proper table setting and etiquette
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order management software
  7. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
