The Role: Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our Front-of-House team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you are the face of Brotzeit, responsible for ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and authentic dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Present menus, inform guests of daily specials, and offer recommendations on food and German beer pairings.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to Brotzeit's presentation standards.
  • Check on guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and address any issues immediately.
  • Clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
  • Handle guest payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service personnel.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is highly desirable, but not essential (training will be provided for highly motivated candidates).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personality: A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be available for varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
