Seasonal Waiter/Waitress

Cubao, Quezon City

We are looking for a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team during the busy period. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting in maintaining a smooth dining operation throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-presented at all times.
  • Handle requests promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Follow company policies and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 to 35 years old.

- At least high school graduate.

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or customer service is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- High attention to detail and a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts during the peak season.
