Your primary focus will be maintaining accurate process documentation, managing IT assets, and assisting with routine systems administration tasks.-> Requirements:Must have a strong IT/technical background.Must have at least 1 year experience with technical systems and helpdesk operations.Must have at least 1 year experience in managing a fleet of computer systems and servers.Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).Can work during standard US business hours.Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 10 Mbps)Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).Backup power source or work location for power outages.-> Nice to Have:Customer service experienceExperience working with an MSP-> Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process documentationTicket support and managementHelpdesk operationsSystems monitoring and asset management via RMMSystems administrationAs your familiarity grows, you will be taking on more advanced technical and dispatch duties.-> About You:For this position, the successful candidate will have/be:* High Attention to Detail: You are accurate, consistent, and thorough in your work.* Dependable & Trustworthy: You complete tasks on time and follow through on your commitments.* Resourceful & Proactive: You tackle challenges head-on and solve problems independently.* Great Communicator: You excel in both written and verbal English communication.HOW TO APPLYReady to join us?
