Customer Care Specialist

We seek for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist and Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. Also, you will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and strategic improvements to our customer care processes.
What You'll Do:
- Handle escalated customer issues and complex cases, providing timely and effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to proactively reach out to customers, providing updates on accounts, addressing concerns, and gathering valuable feedback on their experiences to improve service.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments like sales and property management to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and timely delivery of solutions.
- Analyze team performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM system is a plus.
- Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
