What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating training and development activities, such as booking venues, organising catering, and preparing training materials
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing general HR-related information and guidance
  • Supporting the HR team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Psychology
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CAN START ASAP
