Litecrete Corp. is looking for a results-driven Sales Account Executive to manage and expand our client base nationwide. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with proven B2B sales experience and a passion for delivering innovative, high-performance building solutions.

As a key member of our sales team, you will:

  • Develop and manage client relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors across nationwide, promoting Litecrete's innovative lightweight concrete product.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic territory planning, effective lead generation, and consistent follow-through on opportunities.
  • Contribute to sustainable growth by promoting construction materials that reduce structural weight and environmental impact without compromising strength or quality.
  • Collaborate within a diverse and inclusive team that values professionalism, continuous improvement, and mutual success.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Key point of contact between an organization and the clients.
  • Promote products and services to customers.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products.
  • Negotiate contracts, quotation with the aim of maximizing sales / profits.
  • Answering queries, offering advice, introducing products and services.
  • Organizing site visits establishing new account, do saturation or phone calls.
  • Maintaining accurate records using Odoo CRM.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Maintain sales forecasting aiming to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Reviewing and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance using sales scoreboard.
