Account Executive

Job Summary.

The Account Executive identifies potential of the area of assignment by creating market opportunities, qualifying and developing prospects for conversion into regular customers. The role requires area scanning, sourcing and developing various channels to generate sales, and negotiating sales contracts.

  • Conducts field sales activity within assigned territory (area of residence/locality)
  • Establish network of dealers in Cebu mostly hardware and construction supplies stores
  • Identify market for existing and future residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects
  • Build relationships with proper sales channels to generate repeat sales
  • Negotiate offers to entice prospect customers to close deals
  • Promote roofing product solutions and establish sales and marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a college degree course; Business course, Engineering or Architecture course is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as interested to have a career in Sales; coaching and mentoring will be provided
  • Must be a resident of Cebu or willing to be assigned in Cebu
  • Conversant and persuasive; fluent in Cebuano
  • Has a pleasant personality and is customer-oriented
  • Highly motivated to build a career in Sales
