Brief Summary of Role

Execute issues in a timely manner whilst ensuring effective and efficient materials control.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurate Issuing of Goods
  2. Physical Inventory Verification
  3. Return to Stock
  4. Receipt of materials
  5. Return to Suppliers
  6. Stores Organization
  7. Stock Protection
  8. Accurate Binning & Labelling
  9. Adherence to Works Instruction
  10. Enforce and maintain safe and secure working environment
  11. Analyze and solved situational problems

  12. Other Duties:


    • Exercise responsible and professional behavior at all times and positively representing the Company


    • Ensure high standards of professional presentation and grooming.


    • Be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other department/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.


    • Respond to changes as dictated by the industry and Company.

Position Requirements:

•Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or Technology field

Experience: 2 years experience in a FMCG manufacturing plant

Skills:

  1. Computer Literacy MS Office with intermediate Excel certification

  2. SAP PM end-user tactical certificates and experience

  3. TPM or advance maintenance management experience

  4. 5S Experience
