KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define learning goals and strategies.
  • Design and develop engaging instructional materials such as eLearning modules, VILT/ILT content, microlearning, job aids, toolkits, infographics, and videos.
  • Facilitate live virtual and in-person learning sessions using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure learner engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage pre-, mid-, and post-training communications and reinforcements to support learning retention.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and assessments to improve future programs.
  • Maintain and track project plans, ensuring deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and learner advocate, guiding participants toward learning tools and continued development opportunities.
  • Partner with global learning teams to ensure consistent and high-quality learner experiences across regions.
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies and trends to continuously enhance program design and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Psychology.
  • You must have at least 3–5 years of experience in learning, education, human resources, or a related field.
  • You must have strong soft skills in coaching, active listening, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, organization, persuasion, attention to detail, and time management.
  • You must have solid hard skills in virtual facilitation, adult learning theory, project management, research, analysis, reporting, writing, and oral comprehension.

Work Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday
