Marketing Specialist
to oversee the
execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves managing timelines and deliverables, and has a passion for turning strategic marketing plans into impactful, measurable results.
Responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns
across digital, social, email, paid media, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. - ·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(creative, content, product, sales, and analytics) to ensure timely and cohesive campaign delivery. - ·
Coordinate campaign assets
— including copy, creative, and targeting parameters — ensuring all materials align with brand standards and campaign objectives. - ·
Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns
in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). - ·
Track and report on campaign performance
, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - ·
Manage campaign calendars
, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. - ·
Support A/B testing
and continuous improvement of campaign elements such as messaging, creative, and targeting. - ·
Ensure compliance
with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and brand guidelines across all executions.
Requirements and skills
- ·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- ·2–4 years of experience in marketing campaign coordination, execution, or digital marketing.
- ·Strong understanding of marketing channels (email, paid media, social, content, web).
- ·Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- ·Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- ·Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive actionable insights.
- ·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ·Experience with A/B testing and marketing automation.
- ·Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- ·Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- ·Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
