Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations and Branch Support Specialist to ensure the smooth delivery of IT services across our organization and provide direct technical support to branch offices. This role will oversee IT operations, maintain system reliability, and serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and technology support in the main office, extending to all branches nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable performance of systems, networks, and applications.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to national and branch offices, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment, software, and support services.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Ensure security of IT infrastructure through updates, antivirus, and compliance with organizational IT policies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across the network.
  • Implement and oversee security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection, and patch updates.
  • Perform routine data backups and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, updates, and processes.
  • Research and recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in IT, technical support, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with Windows/VM environments and basic server administration.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and other cloud-based services.

  • Ability to work independently and travel to branch offices when required.
