What You'll Do in This Role
Be part of our client's team as an Assistant Brand & PR Manager and drive integrated marketing and public relations efforts across Asia. You'll shape narratives, strengthen brand visibility, and lead campaigns that reflect authenticity, innovation, and excellence.

What We're Looking For: Your Skills
- 5-7 years of solid experience in PR and branding
- Proven experience in brand and marketing within the culinary arts, pastry, and bakery industry
- Prior experience in managerial or supervisory is preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading digital brand campaigns across various platforms
- Proven track record in content creation and collateral development
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Canva, Meta Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in multicultural and high-performance environments
- Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
- Willingness to attend in-person events in the Philippines or Southeast Asia
Your Key Ingredients for Success: Your Responsibilities
Public Relations Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across Southeast Asia (Singapore, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and China), aligned with business goals
- Produce and manage high-quality PR content (press releases, media kits, narratives) that reflect brand voice and messaging pillars
- Deliver a minimum of 3 press features per month, totaling 18 features or interviews over six months
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure earned media coverage and strengthen brand credibility
- Act as the brand spokesperson when needed; coordinate interviews, press events, and speaking engagements
- Monitor media sentiment and adjust strategies proactively to maintain a positive brand image
Integrated Marketing & Brand Management
- Execute integrated marketing and digital campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
- Refine brand positioning and communication pillars to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and strategic initiatives
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral and digital content while ensuring compliance with EduTrust SSG guidelines
- Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget, track ROI, and optimize campaign performance
- Track market trends, consumer insights, and emerging platforms to maintain brand relevance
Business Planning & Financial Management
- Achieve revenue targets and drive profitability in alignment with the 2025 financial goals across all business units
- Execute tasks in accordance with KPIs and management directives
- Analyze performance and strategize to meet TofuMofu marketing funnel goals
- Approve Marketing Event (ME) briefs to ensure timely and effective execution
- Apply the company's three core business directives across all initiatives:
- Ensure positive cashflow for growth
- Drive lean and productive operations
- Enhance the customer journey (CJ), customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX)
