About the role

Probe CX is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in our Makati City office. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

We are on the lookout for candidates who are:

  • At least high school/senior high school graduate

  • Proficient in English communication (both oral and written)

  • Eager to gain experience in the BPO industry or already possess relevant experience

  • Dayshift hours (Yes to sunlight)

  • Willing to work on-site at the Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City (nearby the MRT Magallanes Station)
