The Offshore ServiceNow Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

This role involves gathering and analysing application/product requirements, designing workflows and interfaces, developing software components, and ensuring successful testing, release, and deployment management. The developer will also provide ongoing maintenance and support, respond to technical inquiries, and create technical documentation to assist with system modifications and support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with onshore teams and stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and operational goals.

Description


•Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, including workflows, interfaces, and graphical user interfaces.


•Proficiency in coding, unit testing, and deployment management for ServiceNow applications.


•Ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflows, and system interfaces.


•Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve errors and technical issues efficiently


•Ability to document technical processes and share knowledge in a user-friendly manner.


•Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including onshore IT teams and stakeholders.


•High level of accuracy in developing solutions, testing software components, and maintaining technical documentation.


•Careful adherence to company-specific standards and requirements.

Requirements


•Strong expertise in portal development, including workflows, data models, and integrated development environments (DevINT).


•Proficiency in using Jira, GIT, and DevINT environments for development and deployment.


•Ability to document technical processes and share knowledge effectively.


•Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including onshore IT teams and stakeholders.


•Previous experience in developing, testing, and supporting internal portals and Salesforce.
