Qualifications:

  • Possess a degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an accounting-related role (preferred but not required; newly graduated BSA students are welcome).
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes.
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, and Access.
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and skilled in analytical thinking.
  • Effective team player, especially in dynamic situations.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Imus, Cavite
  • Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices to ensure proper documentation and approval.
  • Oversee account reconciliations, manage uploading invoices to QuickBooks, and consistently provide updates on daily basis.
  • Take charge of developing and consistently maintaining regular reports as part of the reporting process.
  • Take proactive measures to identify and resolve issues before the scheduled invoice due date.
  • Conduct a thorough review of past due accounts.
  • Foster and enhance working relationships by building strong connections with key client contacts.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as may be required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the company
